VinFast finalises EV two-wheeler roadmap, expands premium, sport lines
Autodaily.vn, 30 Jan '26
VinFast has announced the completion of its roadmap for three electric two-wheeler line-ups, covering the mass-market, premium and sport segments in the Vietnamese market.
At the same time, the company introduced seven new models within the premium and sport ranges, with updated design and performance specifications. The company's product portfolio now spans all major segments in the Vietnamese market.
Targeted at the mass market, VinFast's electric two-wheeler line-up includes products intended for both personal use and commercial transport services. This range includes models currently available in the market, including Amio, ZGoo, Flazz, Evo, Evo Grand, Feliz, Feliz II, Vero X and Viper.
In addition to its existing mass-market offerings, VinFast has introduced two new electric two-wheeler categories: the premium line and the sport line. These categories comprise seven models with higher power outputs and different design specifications compared with the mass-market range.
Premium electric two-wheelers
The premium line consists of three models: Rasad, Sadie and Saxil. These two-wheelers feature updated design elements and technology aimed at customers seeking contemporary styling. This line represents VinFast's next set of models in the domestic electric two-wheeler market.
Rasad has a design with sharp angles and a maxi-scooter layout intended to provide a stable riding position. It is expected to be equipped with a centre-mounted motor delivering a maximum output of 7,100 W and a top speed of up to 100 km/h.
Sadie and Saxil have rounded design elements and diamond-shaped lighting clusters. Both are expected to use centre-mounted motors with a maximum output of 4,500 W, achieving top speeds of up to 80 km/h.
Sport electric two-wheelers
VinFast's sport line includes four models in naked-bike, cruiser and supersport configurations.
The naked-bike models, Subab and Surad, are designed for daily commuting, with upright handlebars and seating positions.
The Sudub cruiser has an angular front-end design, a longer wheelbase and higher-positioned handlebars relative to the seat, intended for longer rides.
The Sulad supersport has a fully faired design with aerodynamic considerations to maintain handling at higher speeds.
All four sport models are powered by electric motors producing up to 50,000 W, comparable to 600cc petrol-powered two-wheelers, with top speeds of up to 130 km/h. These models are equipped with battery packs capable of supporting extended riding ranges on a single charge.
According to VinFast's roadmap, commercial launches of the premium models are scheduled for Q4 2026, while the first sport models are expected in Q2 2027.
