The all-new Brilliance H230 sedan debuted at the Beijing Auto Show in April, it will be launched on the China car market on August 31st, and price will start around 60,000 yuan (US$ 9,400).

Brilliance is also working on a hatchback version of the H230 which will likely debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show in November. There will be two engines: 1.3 and 1.5, mated to a 5-speed manual or a AMT automatic. A more powerful 1.5 turbo is being considered.

Size: 4390/1703/1482, wheelbase is 2570. Chinese and foreign press is very impressed by the H230's design, and so are we. Brilliance had a long-standing relationship with Pininfarina which designed all Brilliance new cars over the last five years.

The relationship however is likely not so good anymore because Brilliance snatched designer Dimitri Vicedomini away from Pininfarina in May.
