The Veloster is the latest offering in Hyundai stable, and nothing like the others before. Amidst much anticipation, the four-door coupe has finally made it to local authorised distributor, Komoco Motors.

Two Influences, One Car
The Veloster takes on a Coupe-esque silhouette, especially when viewed from the driver's side the car portrays a dynamic stance. On the left, a second door adds practicality, providing ease for ingress / egress for the rear passengers.

In addition, the car comes standard with an array of standard equipments Panoramic sunroof, reverse camera, touch-screen TFT multimedia system to name a few. There is no compromise for safety, with a multitude of front, side and curtain airbags, as well as reinforced chassis and ESP coming into play.

Komoco Motors will be bringing in the slightly higher-grade Gamma 1.6 GDI version of the Veloster, packing Hyundai's dual clutch DCT transmission, and delivering a slightly higher output of 138hp and 167Nm of torque, which will see to a 10.3 seconds century over the 11.5 seconds on the 1.6 MPI.

The Veloster retails for S$126,999 (US$ 101,700) at press time.
