CG Motors has brought a new Kinglong showroom in Panipokhari, Kathmandu for the convenience of customers.

Liu Zhijun, chairman of Kinglong, officially opened the forum during a program. Kinglong Electric Commercial Vehicle is available in four variants namely 14 seater micro van, 15 seater minivan, 16 seater minivan and 19 seater minivan from the new showroom at Kinglong in Panipokhari.

All the variants are said to use the best CATL battery technology and thus provide a range of 300 km on a single charge. The company claims that the motor used in Kinglong Electric Commercial Vehicles generates an excellent torque of 310 Nm.

Kinglong 14 Seater Electric Commercial Vehicle can get a battery of 50.23 KWh and in addition to this vehicle can get features like ABS, EBD, 180 mm, ground clearance, 15 inch tires, reverse camera, reverse camera with sensor, AC, if the vehicle can get 20 percent to 80 percent.

The company claims that it takes only 45 minutes to charge the percentage.

16 Seater Electric Commercial Vehicle uses a battery of 53.58 kWh and 15 inch tires can be found in the vehicle, ABS, Central Locking, AC, Reverse Camera, Reverse Parking Sensor with Buzzer, AVAS. The company said that such features can be found.

The 19-seater electric van falls under the luxury segment and packs a battery capacity of 77.28kWh. In addition, the vehicle is said to have excellent ground clearance of 220 mm, 16-inch tires, ABS, reverse camera, reverse parking sensor, AVAS, central locking, AC, LED, DRL with projector headlamps.

14-seater electric commercial vehicles can get 200,000 km or 5-year warranty on battery and motor, while 16-seater and 19-seater electric commercial vehicles can get 400,000 km or 7-year battery warranty, the company said.

According to the demand of the customers, along with the Panipokhari showroom in Kinglong, sales and servicing facilities can be obtained from 21 more showrooms across Nepal.
