Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI), the sole authorised brand holder (ATPM) of Mazda in Indonesia, has launched the CX-60 Sport at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2026.
The CX-60 Sport includes several aesthetic changes. One of the key updates is to the undercarriage, with the variant now equipped with 20-inch silver metallic wheels.
The Chief Operating Officer of Eurokars Motor Indonesia, Ricky Thio, stated that the adoption of larger rims aligns with Indonesian consumer preferences.
"Indonesian consumers show a preference for larger rims. As a result, rims that were previously available only on the Pro variant have now been added to the Sport variant," Ricky Thio said on the side-lines of IIMS 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta.
The CX-60 Sport is powered by a 2.5-litre engine. The model is equipped with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and features a leather-wrapped interior.
Mazda is positioning the CX-60 Sport within the premium SUV segment. The model is priced at IDR 718.8 million (US$ 42,410) on-the-road in Jakarta.
Standard exterior colour options include jet black mica, deep crystal blue mica and platinum quartz metallic. Additional colour options, including soul red crystal metallic and machine gray metallic, are available at an additional cost of IDR 4,000,000.
Mazda has outlined sales objectives for the CX-60 range during IIMS 2026 and for the national market over the course of the year.
Commenting on these objectives, Ricky Thio referred to the outlook despite challenging automotive market conditions.
Although the automotive market is expected to remain subdued in early 2026, Mazda cited stable sales performance, particularly in the Greater Jakarta area, which accounts for approximately 60% of total national sales.
