SsangYong has made adjustments to its domestic business strategy, opting to halt the introduction of new models for the time being.
However, existing models will remain available for purchase, and the company will uphold its commitment to providing warranty and logistics services.
At the close of 2022, SsangYong Motors in South Korea underwent a transition as KG Group assumed ownership, rebranding it as KG Mobility.
This change has reverberated through the domestic brand strategy, leading to the decision to pause the rollout of new vehicles.
Consequently, the anticipated launch of Torres, a mid-sized off-road SUV, has been postponed indefinitely.
Nevertheless, customers can still find and purchase current models such as Rexton, Rexton Sports, Korando, and others.
SsangYong will ensure continuity in warranty coverage and logistics support for these vehicles.
