The 2025 model year Lynk & Co 08 EM-P fastback SUV has now entered the Chinese market with a starting price of US$ 27,300.

It offers reworked trim levels, a new body colour, and an updated in-car operating system.

Lynk & Co, a well-known brand under Geely and Volvo launched in 2017, sells only the 01 model overseas. However, its domestic model line is much more diverse, including ICE cars, PHEVs, and BEVs.

The brand's bestseller in China is the Lynk & Co 08 EM-P SUV, which sold over 35,000 units in the first six months of 2024. To maintain high sales volumes, Lynk & Co has introduced a new variant of this SUV.

Details

2025 Lynk & Co 08 EM-P retains the styling of its predecessor, featuring elongated running lights, a closed front end, blackened pillars, and a single taillight unit. New is the body colour "Sunrise Blue". The other five body colour options remain the same: silver, green, purple, grey, and black.

The dimensions of the Lynk & Co 08 EM-P are 4820 mm in length, 1915 mm in width, and 1685 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2848 mm.

Despite being a sizeable SUV, it has only two rows of seats due to a sleek roofline. Inside, the 2025 model features a 15.4-inch main screen, a 12.3-inch instrument cluster, and a 92-inch augmented reality head-up display.

The Lynk & Co 08 EM-P comes standard with 8 speakers, though 23 speakers are temporarily available at no extra cost. The 2025 model's infotainment system features two A1000 chips from Black Sesame and a pair of 7 nm chips from SiEngine, with NPU computing power reaching 16 TOPS.

It adopts the Lynk Flyme Auto 1.6.0 operating system, supporting features like a panoramic sound system, multi-screen interconnection, and sentry mode. The enhanced Navigation On a Map covers 25 Chinese provinces.

- 1.5-litre 120 kW (161 hp) turbocharged ICE, e-motors for 160 kW (215 hp) + 156 kW (209 hp), 39.6 kWh battery, 220 km range
