Royal Enfield launches Bear 650, Classic 650 at MAS 2025

The 2025 Royal Enfield Bear 650 and Classic 650 were officially launched at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025, with prices starting from MYR 34,500 (US$ 8,000).
The Bear 650 is available in four variants, while the Classic 650 is offered in three.
It is available in Petrol Green, Wild Honey, and Golden Shadow at MYR 35,700, while the Bear 650 Two Four Nine, which includes different paintwork, is priced at MYR 36,000. The Classic 650 is available in Bruntingthorpe Blue and Vallam Red at MYR 34,500, and in Black Chrome at MYR 35,500.
The Bear 650 is equipped with a 2-into-1 exhaust system and is powered by a 648 cc parallel-twin engine. It produces 48 PS at 7,250 rpm and 56.5 Nm of torque at 5,150 rpm.
Power is transmitted to the rear wheel through a six-speed gearbox and a chain final drive.
The Bear 650 has spoked wheels measuring 19 inches at the front and 17 inches at the rear.
It is fitted with 100/90 front and 140/80 rear tyres. Braking is provided by single hydraulic discs on both wheels, supported by a two-channel ABS system, which allows deactivation of the rear ABS for off-road use.
The motorcycle has a listed weight of 214 kg and a fuel tank capacity of 13.7 litres.
A four-inch round TFT display is included, offering phone connectivity, map navigation via Google Maps, and media control.
The Classic 650 uses a double-loop frame and includes a fuel tank, round headlamp, and curved fenders. These design elements are based on previous Royal Enfield models from 1948.
