On 11th September, the Skoda Slavia was launched in Vietnam.
Positioned within the B-segment sedan class, it is available in three variants: Active, priced at VND 468 million (US$ 18,050); Ambition, at VND 528 million; and Style, at VND 568 million.
During September 2025, buyers will receive a cash discount equivalent to 100% of the registration fee, reducing the selling price to between VND 421 million and VND 511 million.
The Slavia is assembled locally on the Volkswagen Group's modular platform.
It measures 4,541 mm in length, 1,752 mm in width, and 1,487 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,651 mm and a ground clearance of 178 mm.
The Slavia is slightly larger than the Toyota Vios but smaller than the Honda City.
Its ground clearance of 178 mm is higher than that of the Corolla Cross (161 mm) and other models in the same segment.
The Style variant includes LED projector headlights with automatic on/off control via light sensors, LED daytime running lights, and chrome exterior detailing. The two lower variants use halogen headlights without automatic function or LED DRLs.
Inside, the Style variant is fitted with leather seats with six-way electric adjustment and cooling, a digital instrument cluster with an 8-inch display, and a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It has an eight-speaker Skoda Sound system with a subwoofer.
Other features include wireless charging, ambient lighting, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, a cooled glovebox, and single-zone automatic air conditioning.
The Active variant has fabric seats with manual adjustment, an analogue instrument cluster with a 3.5-inch TFT screen, a 7-inch infotainment display, and a four-speaker audio system.
The Slavia is powered by a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine producing 115 PS and 178 Nm of torque, driving the front wheels. The Active variant uses a six-speed manual transmission, while the Ambition and Style variants use a six-speed automatic transmission.
