Stellantis restructures leadership to boost operations, efficiency

Stellantis India has announced a reorganisation of its senior leadership structure, with the objective of supporting business operations and improving efficiency.
The changes are intended to align leadership responsibilities with long-term organisational plans as the company prepares to introduce additional brands in India.
As part of the restructuring, Kumar Priyesh, Business Head and Director - Automotive Brands, will take over responsibility for retail business operations.
His role will include oversight of sales and network development for the Jeep, Citroën, and upcoming Leapmotor brands.
Shishir Mishra, Business Head and Director - Strategic Partnerships and Institutional Business, will be responsible for institutional sales, strategic partnerships, mobility services, pre-owned vehicle operations, and finance and insurance functions across all brands.
Shailesh Hazela will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Stellantis India. He will oversee the company's strategy in India, in coordination with global priorities and local market considerations.
These leadership changes are intended to support Stellantis India's operational structure in preparation for future business activities.
