The 2026 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) will take place next week, with various manufacturers scheduled to display their products.
Several brands are reportedly planning to launch new models. Xpeng is confirmed to introduce its electric sedan, the P7, at the event.
According to the official Xpeng website, the P7 has an aerodynamic design with low wind resistance and a panoramic sunroof extending across the roof. The vehicle is offered in multiple body colour options, including the P7 Wing Edition variant.
The interior accommodates five occupants in a sport-style configuration. The front seats include heating and ventilation functions for the driver and front passenger. Two interior material options are available: Nappa leather or leatherette upholstery. The entertainment system uses XOPERA's 5D media system.
The P7 is equipped with an 86.2 kWh battery, providing a range of up to 576 kilometres on a single charge. The battery can be charged from 10% to 80% in approximately 29 minutes.
It supports the vehicle to load (V2L) feature, allowing the battery to serve as a power source for external devices when away from home.
Two drivetrain options are available: rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD). The AWD variant accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds. Braking is handled by Brembo systems.
For safety and driver assistance, the P7 uses the XPILOT Assist system, Xpeng's advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), which supports driving assistance, automatic parking and active safety functions.
The P7 will compete in the premium electric sedan segment alongside other brands in Indonesia.
