Hyundai expands Knight Edition line-up with Alcazar, Creta EV, i20

Hyundai has expanded its Knight Edition portfolio in India by introducing new all-black variants of the Alcazar, Creta Electric, and the i20 range, including the i20 N Line.
These models adopt the Knight Edition theme with black exteriors, all-black interiors with brass inserts, red brake callipers, Knight badging, and additional equipment compared with their standard counterparts.
Alcazar Knight Edition
The Alcazar Knight Edition has been introduced at Rs. 2,166,000 (US$ 24,600), which is Rs. 16,000 higher than the Signature trim on which it is based. It is available as a seven-seater with petrol and diesel automatic powertrains.

- Petrol-DCT Signature Knight - Rs. 2,166,000
- Diesel-AT Signature Knight - Rs. 2,166,000
Powertrains:
- 1.5-litre turbo-petrol: 160 PS, 253 Nm, 7-speed DCT
- 1.5-litre diesel: 116 PS, 250 Nm, 6-speed AT
Additional updates for Standard Alcazar:
A matte black exterior colour and a dashcam have been added to the Signature trim across the regular Alcazar line-up.
Creta Electric Knight Edition
The Creta Electric is offered in the Knight Edition, priced between Rs. 2,145,000 and Rs. 2,382,000, which is Rs. 15,000 higher than the Excellence trim on which it is based.

i20 and i20 N Line Knight Editions
Knight Editions of the i20 and i20 N Line have been introduced, priced from Rs. 915,000. These trims are based on higher variants and include additional equipment and Knight-themed design.
i20 Knight variants and price:
- Sportz (O) MT Knight - Rs. 915,000
- Asta MT - Rs. 942,000
- Asta (O) MT - Rs. 1,000,000
- Asta (O) CVT - Rs. 1,125,000
- Asta (O) CVT Knight - Rs. 1,135,000
The Knight trim costs Rs. 10,000 more than the corresponding standard variants. A rear spoiler has been added to the Asta and Asta (O) trims, while the Asta (O) CVT includes a dashcam and wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. The hatchback continues with an 83 PS, 1.2-litre petrol engine paired with a 5-speed MT or CVT.
i20 N Line Knight variants and price:
- N8 MT - Rs. 1,143,000
- N8 DCT - Rs. 1,253,000
These trims are Rs. 12,000 more than the standard N8 variants but Rs. 3,000 less than the dual-tone counterparts. Additional features include a dashcam and wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. Power comes from a 120 PS, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with a 6-speed MT or 7-speed DCT.
Exterior and interior changes:
Both the i20 Knight and N Line Knight have black alloy wheels, black skid plates, ORVMs, side sills, matte black Hyundai logos, Knight badges, and red brake callipers. The N Line Knight also has black roof rails. The interiors are finished in black upholstery with brass inserts, black-and-brass seat trim, and metal pedals.
