The TVS Radeon 110 FI has now been launched in Nepal.
Jagadamba Motors, the authorised distributor of TVS motorcycles in Nepal, has launched the FI variant of the TVS Radeon. This new model features a BS6-compliant engine and includes a useful Side Stand Indicator for added safety.
However, the variant available in Nepal does not come with the Digital Instrument Cluster, opting instead for a traditional dual-dial display that adds a retro touch to the bike.
The TVS Radeon 110 boasts a sturdy, commuter-focused design with a robust metal build and chrome accents. Despite the introduction of both carburettor and FI variants, the design differences between the two are minimal.
On the side, the bike's streamlined profile features several distinct characteristics. Its tear-drop-shaped fuel tank blends seamlessly with the long, cushioned seat, offering both comfort and aesthetic appeal.
The speedometer retains its familiar ''car-like'' design. While the Radeon in India now features a Reverse LCD Meter, the newly launched BS6 FI variant in Nepal continues to use the older console, providing only basic information.
The TVS Radeon 110 is powered by a 109.7cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke Dura Life air-oil cooled engine. It is available in both carburettor and BS6-compliant Eco-Thrust Fuel Injected variants.
The engine generates a maximum power of 8.2 PS at 7350 rpm and a maximum torque of 8.7 Nm at 4500 rpm. Both engine options are paired with a 4-speed gearbox and have a fuel tank capacity of 10-litres.
The introduction of ethanol-blended fuels aims to reduce fuel consumption by using sustainable biofuels that are environmentally friendly in terms of emissions.
The suspension duties are handled by a telescopic oil-damped front fork and a 5-step adjustable shock absorber.
The bike's dimensions are 2,025 mm in length, 705 mm in width, and 1,080 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 1,265 mm. It offers a ground clearance of 180 mm and has a kerb weight of 113 kg.
