Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited (WIML), a manufacturer of electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers, has inaugurated its new assembly line facility for e2Ws in Deoghar, Jharkhand.

Spanning around 15,000 square feet, the new line is an extension of the existing factory in Vadodara, Gujarat. This expansion is strategically positioned to meet the escalating demand for electric vehicles in the Eastern and Northern regions of India, including the export market in Nepal.

Yatin Gupte, chief managing director (CMD), WIML, said, "this expansion underscores our dedication to meeting the surging demand for sustainable mobility solutions and driving innovation in the electric vehicle sector."

"With a targeted increase in electric two-wheeler sales over the next two to three years, we aim to cater to the significant demand from regions like Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, and the north-eastern states," he further added.
